Biography
Naseem Anzari joined Lido in January 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all aspects of Finance & Accounting for the firm, including providing strategic insights into the business to support the firm in providing best-in-class service for clients.
Naseem brings 15+ years of Finance & Accounting experience and leadership focused on privately held businesses in high growth environments.
Naseem began his career focused on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services industry in Europe from London, UK and trained as a Chartered Accountant. He then focused on helping Finance & Accounting Teams, systems, and processes at two private equity firms, Phoenix Equity Partners and Terra Firma Capital Partners.
Following a decade in the UK, Naseem moved to New York to continue his focus on supporting CEOs and CFOs of private equity-backed businesses in order to scale efficiently at boutique consulting firm, Accordion Partners.
Subsequently, he spent time in finance leadership roles at Sound United, a private-equity backed home audio portfolio.
Naseem earned his undergraduate degree in Economics at the London School of Economics, and his Chartered Accountancy qualification as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
Naseem now splits his time between Lido’s head office in Los Angeles and San Diego. When not working, Naseem can be found playing tennis, hiking, running and traveling.
