Previously, he helped launch Morgan Stanley’s first asset allocation platform. Throughout his career, he has provided innovative approaches for clients, especially during major corrections. He was instrumental in developing 3x ETFs during the Great Recession of 2008, based on his understanding of the marketplace and his clients expressed need for products to potentially take advantage of market volatility.

Personal Facts: In his spare time, Louis enjoys hiking, personal fitness, being part of the Dads’ Club at his son’s and daughter’s high school and coaching his son’s football team. He is also involved in "Saving Amy", a Phoenix based charity dedicated to creating financial stability and community for homeless families.
