Biography
Favor Lee, CPA joined Lido in 2024. By utilizing her accounting background and experience in public accounting and industry, Favor leads strategic growth initiatives and develops go-to-market strategies that fuel the growth of tax services.
Favor initially began her accounting career at Deloitte, where she was responsible for the overall planning and execution of external audits of a multi-billion-dollar company. Before joining Lido, she was the Director of Business Development for EisnerAmper, leading and driving business development initiatives for various markets.
In the community, Favor is passionate about serving and giving back. She is a board member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA) Dallas, a professional community representing more than 6,000 CPA members in North Texas. She is also the leader of 4word: DFW, a non-profit organization supporting Christian women in the workplace.
As an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and TXCPA, Favor was recognized as the 2022 AICPA Outstanding Young CPA, 2021 TXCPA Rising Star, and Committee Member of the Year for TXCPA Dallas. In 2023, she received the 4word Emerging Leader Scholarship given to an aspiring, influential career woman on the path to executive leadership.
Favor resides in North Texas and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned both her B.S. and M.S. in Accounting. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, public speaking, and spending time with her husband, Kevin, and two kids, Covenant and Precious. Also, she is a beginner golfer, amateur actress, and an entrepreneur-at-heart who enjoys continuous learning and challenging the status quo.
